Do you always feel tired and drained from life? Well, I can relate to all of those things and have been there myself! Life is overwhelming and it helps to have someone there to walk along side you on your journey. Having someone else there can help with motivation and accountability.
I have been in the field for most of my adult life. I am a licensed therapist working with both Mental health and drug and alcohol. I have years of personal and professional experience. I like to feel that often the best person to understand is someone who has had similar experiences.
Whatever life has challenged you with, I encourage you to take that first step which is often the hardest to begin your journey. My goal is to have you feel like you are having a conversation and receiving suggestions and new ways to look at your situation. Take what you like and leave the rest.
